Why are your prices lower than those on Amazon and eBay?

Amazon and eBay include seller fees in their pricing. By purchasing directly from us, you avoid
these fees, enabling us to offer faster shipping and more competitive prices.

How quickly will my item be shipped?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Friday
evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Which areas do you ship to?

We ship to most mainland UK addresses with a 24-hour or Saturday service where available. Unfortunately, we do not ship to out-of-area postcodes, H&I, NI, IOM, IOW, CI, (But we hope to very soon.).

We also do not ship to international locations.

I work all week; can I have a weekend delivery?

Yes, items shipped on Friday are delivered on Saturday. Place your order after 5pm on Thursday and before 2pm on Friday
for Saturday delivery.

Can I return my item?

Yes, by law, customers have a 14-day period to return items from the day of receipt. Items must be new in their original packaging for return.

Is return shipping free?

Unfortunately, return shipping is not free, free returns generally mean selling prices are higher to cover this cost, most customers never return their item and this ensures they get the very lowest price.

What happens if there is an issue with my item?

Simply contact Customer Support and they will assist.

When is customer and product support available?

Our Customer Support is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm and can assist with delivery issues and product support.
