Please note this item is a Customer Return, it has been checked and is unused, customer returns are an inevitable part of on-line retail and are generally a result of a customer not buying the correct size of item, they are available at a large discount. They may have minor cosmetic damage but they are fully functioning with all parts and instructions included  (If required.). In many cases after a few days of use you would not be able to tell the difference between a Customer Return and a brand new item purchased at full price. Customer Returns are non-returnable but are available at a super price. Customer Returns require a full inspection by us after an order is received and this will take 24h, they are then moved to our warehouse for shipping and we allow another 24h for this to happen, they are then shipped on a 48h service, so please allow 4 working days from day of order until receipt.

Our new range of dog cages come complete with ABS trays, we have 5 sizes available and most come in 3 colours Black, Blue and Pink.

Cozy Pet cages are made from the highest quality materials with a corrosion resistant powder coated finish. Each cage comes with an ABS tray which is easy to clean, quieter than a metal tray and it does not scratch or dent like a metal tray. They quickly fold flat and reassemble in less than a minute and come with a carry handle.

Please note we ship all orders with APC Overnight, orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day, all customers receive a FREE upgrade to a 24H Service, orders shipped on a Friday should be delivered on a Saturday, we only ship to UK addresses and sadly we no longer ship to any out of area postcodes because of large APC surcharges.

(We do not ship on a Saturday or Sunday and should the carrier take a little longer to deliver we are unable to refund any postage charges; should you place an order from an out of area postcode or outside the UK we will promptly refund your order.)
