Please note this item is a Customer Return, it has been checked and is unused, customer returns are an inevitable part of on-line retail and are generally a result of a customer not buying the correct size of item, they are available at a large discount. They may have minor cosmetic damage but they are fully functioning with all parts and instructions included  (If required.). In many cases after a few days of use you would not be able to tell the difference between a Customer Return and a brand new item purchased at full price. Customer Returns are non-returnable but are available at a super price. Customer Returns require a full inspection by us after an order is received and this will take 24h, they are then moved to our warehouse for shipping and we allow another 24h for this to happen, they are then shipped on a 48h service, so please allow 4 working days from day of order until receipt.

We are very pleased to be launching our new range of aluminium car dog cages, having studied the market for many months we noticed an obvious flaw in most similar cages sold by other sellers, in short, they all have a flat back panel set at 90 degrees so the cage will not only not slide into your boot and fit snug against your back seat. It also leaves a void behind the cage that can be dangerous should your vehicle be involved in an accident. All Cozy Pet Aluminium Car Dog Cages are Trapezoidal in profile which simply means they have sloping backs that ensure a far better fit and make for a much safer travel cage.


Note on Buying a Car Dog Cage, the first thing you should do is to sit your dog down and measure its height, if you have a puppy you could measure one of the parents or simply Google a typical seated height for your breed, then make sure which ever cage you choose is tall enough for your dog to happily sit inside. It is a common mistake made by many customers they forget all about their dog and start by measuring their vehicle. Then of course you need to carefully measure your vehicle to make sure the cage you select will fit. We give precise and detailed measurements but despite this Car Dog Cages remain amongst the most returned items we sell, simply because customers do not measure their vehicles carefully, or they measure the vehicle and forget to measure their dog; We hope this note helps.
