We ship with APC Parcel UK and most parcels will be delivered next day but we do quote a 48H Service just to be safe, items shipped on a Friday should be delivered on a Saturday. (We do not ship to any out of area postcodes due to excessive carrier surcharging.)

Fabric pet carriers are a fantastic place for your pet but obviously they are made from material and are not designed to replace a steel dog/puppy cage, please ensure your pet is crate trained and comfortable in this enviroment because we do not offer a warranty against pet damage. In addition many customers seem to purchase the wrong size for their pet and return the item which is then usually sold as a customer return at a large discount so we do withhold a restocking fee to allow for this.
